There are a variety of ways to get involved and serve here at Community Chapel. From Men’s, Women’s and S.A.G.E.S. ministries (over 50) to Divorce Care and other Discipleship opportunities, you can find a place of belonging and a place to grow in your relationship with Christ and with others.
S.A.G.E.S (Senior Adults Growing, Encouraging and Serving)
For men & women aged 50 and up. Today’s mature adults have the most incredible combination of longevity, health and vitality, spiritual resources, wisdom, and expertise, more than any previous generation. S.A.G.E.S. offers opportunities for meaningful fellowship and service specifically geared to those “in the prime of life.”
Monthly Luncheon — Every month we come together to share in a time of food, fun and fellowship ($6 donation for the food). The Luncheons take place on the 3rd Friday of each month throughout fall, winter and spring in the Fellowship Hall @ 11:30AM. During the summer months we go on outings to local area restaurants.
Men's Ministry
Men Of Legacy: We recognize how important it is for men to get together and fellowship with one another. It is also important for us to encourage and challenge one another in our faith journey. This is why men’s ministry exists.
Monthly Men’s Dinner — Every first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Join us for a great meal, fellowship with other men from Community Chapel and a guest speaker. You are invited to come and bring a friend to this informal night of fellowship and inspiration.
Bible Studies and Small Groups – There are opportunities for you to be involved in men's Bible Studies and Small Groups where you will grow closer to other men while also growing in your faith. If you would like to join one of these groups please contact the office to find out more information.
Women's Ministry
The Women’s ministry invites women of all ages to join in times of fellowship, service and study of God’s word. Check out the weekly newsletter for current group information.
It is our desire to focus on growth in our walk with the Lord and to seek opportunities for mentoring the younger generation of women in our midst.
